painting / Land of the Leper King 2016-17
Some of the paintings and drawings shown at Pictorem Gallery E11 in 2017 in my show "The Land of the Leper King". Part of the Angkor temple complex, the so-called Terrace of the Leper King is around 900 years old. It features a host of small sculptures set into walls- probably a passageway through which dead rulers were taken to their cremation. See Artist's Statement blog for a bit more info.
